Jackson’s Out. Headed to Bayern

Well, the writing was on the wall, wasnt it? It’s happening. Nicolas Jackson is packing his bags for Germany.

You could just feel it coming. First, he’s nowhere to be seen for the friendlies against Leverkusen and Milan. Then, he’s a ghost for the West Ham match. Gone. And when the club goes and signs two new strikers, you know someones time is up. That’s just business.

The German papers are all over it, saying Bayern and Chelsea have shaken hands on a loan deal. It’s a bit of a shame, really. The guy bags 13 goals last season. Across his time with us and Villarreal, he’s hit the net 36 times in 100 appearances. That ain’t nothing. But I guess a new season means new faces. Maybe a change will be good for him.
