African Stars in Europe: Salah fumes, Liverpool stumble. Again.

Another tough night for Mohamed Salah. Really tough. Liverpool got punched 3–0 by Nottingham Forest right there at Anfield, and you could almost feel the frustration dripping off him. The goals just aren’t coming like they used to. Four in the league so far, and the last one? That was way back on November 1 against Aston Villa. Feels like ages.

Meanwhile, Erling Haaland is out there scoring for fun — 14 already — while Bournemouth’s Antoine Semenyo quietly leads the African chase with six. Different levels, same race. Football is funny like that.

Across Europe, though, a few African names still lit up the weekend. Some big, some subtle, some just… there.
