Trump Extends Iran Strike Pause: 10 More Days for Talks

Trump ups pressure but delays Iran strike amid ongoing talks
Now comes a ten-day pause from President Donald Trump on possible attacks against Iran’s power sites. The reason sits in Tehran having made a polite request, it seems.
Folks saw it pop up on Truth Social – Trump shifted things again. The first break was supposed to last five days, yet now it stretches twice that long. Remember that Friday cutoff? Tossed aside without a word. April 6 sits in its place, quiet and firm.
Later on the phone with Fox News, Trump seemed calm. Talking to The Five, he mentioned progress was happening at a decent pace. This came up when he shared what his team passed along – someone had asked, politely, for extra days
Here’s something wild. The request was for a week. He handed over ten days instead.
Something about ships sparked it. Not just any number – eight showed up safe. Earlier, inside the White House, Trump smiled and said he got a gift. The comment slipped out during cabinet talk. On their end, Iranian forces allowed tankers to pass the choke point near Oman. A quiet move through Hormuz waters. Maybe meant as peace offering. Hard to tell motives.
Funny thing is, Iran claims it’s not talking to anyone. Not a single meeting set up. Zero attempts at fixing things. Silence on every front.
Take it however you like.
